APPLYING THE FRAMEWORK

The Framework is applied by the licensee's own team together with its legal, tax, financial and technical advisers, whom the Framework does not replace. Institutional Resources IR licenses the Framework without any involvement in the licensee's transactions, without assessing, validating or certifying them, and without providing services or consultancy.

INCORPORATING IT INTO YOUR COMPANY

Unlimited-use licence across all your developments and the SPVs under your control.
In this first stage, in Spain and Portugal, the value of incorporating this infrastructure into your company is EUR 180,000 plus VAT. Updates are available through an optional annual fee.The licence agreement comes with a legal opinion from an internationally renowned law firm. Institutional Resources IR holds a professional indemnity insurance policy, which is made available to any licensee who requires it.
